SUBSCRIPTION & REFUND POLICY

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Welcome to MeMoment (“we,” “us” or “our”). We may allow our customers to access certain features of our services (the “Services”): website (“Website”), mobile application and the services and products provided through them, for a monthly recurring fee (“Subscription”). MeMoment’s Subscriptions are intended and authorized only for personal, non-transferrable, not-for-resale use. By purchasing the Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the then-current Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your Subscription.
Your Subscription continues until cancelled by you or until we terminate your access to or use of the Website or Subscription in accordance with these terms. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Automatic monthly renewal terms
Upon subscribing, your subscription fee will be automatically charged on each renewal date by us (or our payment processor). The fee will be processed monthly at the current rate until you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the period (as described below).
Trial
We may offer a 7-day paid trial subscription for our Services. You'll have a full 7 days to get premium access to all our functions. Unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, your monthly Subscription Period will start and you will be charged full price every month.
Payment method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method that you submit.
Cancellation
Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of the then-current period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.
If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on App Store: you can cancel a trial or a subscription anytime by turning-off autorenewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or then-current subscription period. If you purchased a subscription or trial on our Website: you can cancel a trial or a subscription by contacting our support at support@mmoment.ai or in the profile settings on the Website platform.
Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the app and/or by sending you an email notification to the address associated with your account, or in other prominent ways in accordance with the law. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
REFUND POLICY
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our Services! Our intent is to provide the best web-based testing software for our customers. We stand behind the value of our products, which is why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee - no questions asked.
However, after the 7-day period, refunds are also possible only under all the following conditions:
- You were unable to use the Services due to technical issues. If our Services did not function properly and prevented you from obtaining results.
- The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- The product purchased is a digital product sold directly via memoment.ai.
You agree to cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot and allow reasonable time to resolve the issue. Refunds will not be issued where the issue arises from factors outside our control (e.g., device incompatibility below minimum requirements, connectivity, third-party outages) or misuse/violation of our policy.
No physical returns are necessary since our products are digital.
How to request a refund
If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on App Store.
If you are eligible for a refund, you’ll have to request it directly from Apple. To request a refund, follow the instructions from the Apple support page.
If you purchased a subscription or trial on our Website.
To request a refund, simply email us at support@memoment.ai within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order confirmation or the email address used at checkout so we can quickly locate your transaction.
To process your request after the 7-day money-back guarantee period, please provide proof of the issue:
- Screenshots showing errors or an inability to use the Services.
- Screen recording demonstrating the problem (e.g., if the Services did not function).
- A description of the issue and why you were unable to obtain value.
Send this information to support@memoment.ai, and our support team will review your case individually and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
Additionally, you always have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, no further charges will be made, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We value each user and continuously strive to improve MeMoment for you!
Note for the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents
If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.
Subject to the above clause, to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by e-mail. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract within the said 14-day window, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
